OPEN SALARY MANIFESTO

We believe in wage parity and transparency. We want to uphold workplace equality in everything we do as a Works Council. For this reason, we are launching an Open Salary Initiative, where you can voluntarily submit your salary (see your rights below)* and be part of the movement advocating for fair and equal pay.

Here are the steps you need to take to proceed:

Step 3 After you submit it, please allow for a couple of business days for us to verify it.
Step 4 You will be able to book a time to view the salaries of other employees who participate.
